• 200 g Liquid Castile Soap
• 37.5 g Distilled Water
• 7.5 g Raw Honey
• 2.5 g Vegetable Glycerin (optional, for extra moisture)
• 20 drops Cedarwood Essential Oil (~1 g)
• 10 drops Vetiver Essential Oil (~0.5 g)
• 15 drops Sweet Orange Essential Oil (~0.75 g)
• 2 g Geogard ECT

• Digital scale
• Glass beaker or measuring cup
• Spatula or stir rod
• Funnel
• 250 ml foaming soap dispenser (amber glass recommended)
• pH test strips or meter (option but recommended)

1. Sanitize all tools, containers, and workspace before starting.
2. Measure distilled water and warm slightly to help blend honey.
3. Stir in honey and glycerin until fully dissolved.
4. Add essential oils to the Castile soap and stir gently.
5. Combine water mixture with Castile soap mixture. Stir slowly to avoid excess bubbles.
6. Check the pH of your formulation using pH strips or a pH meter. Geogard ECT performs best between pH 4.0 – 6.0 (ideal ≈ 4.5 – 5.5). If pH is above 6.0, lower it drop by drop with a 10% citric acid solution. If pH is below 4.0, raise it gradually with a 10% sodium bicarbonate solution.
7. Stir and retest until the pH is within range.
8. Ensure the mixture is at room temperature (below 45 °C / 113 °F), then weigh and add Geogard ECT preservative (per recommended use rate). Mix gently to incorporate.
9. Funnel into a clean 250 ml foaming soap dispenser.
10. Cap securely. Label your jar with the product name, date made, and key ingredients to ensure freshness and safe use.
11. Shake gently, and it’s ready to use.

Pump 1–2 foams into damp hands, lather gently, and rinse clean. Designed for daily use, this formulation is especially comforting in cooler months when hands need extra care. Keep one at your kitchen or bathroom sink to add a seasonal grounding ritual to your everyday routine. For an added layer of moisture, follow with a hand balm or lotion.

Store in an amber foaming soap bottle away from direct sunlight and heat. This formula requires a preservative to remain shelf-stable. This formulation contains natural botanical ingredients, which may cause allergic or sensitization reactions in some individuals. We recommend performing a patch test before first use.
